Hybrid Private FDR (full day)

 

£1,950 + VAT

 

The evaluator attends remotely via secure video. The parties and their legal representatives attend together in person, typically at a solicitor’s office or chambers.

This is our standard format and is suitable for most cases.

Included:

• Full-day private FDR hearing

• Pre-reading of core documents

• Concise written and oral indications provided during the course of the day

• Availability of the evaluator throughout the hearing

• Secure handling of documents and communications

 

In-person Private FDR (full day)

 

£2,750 + VAT

 

The evaluator attends in person at a venue agreed by the parties.

Included:

• All elements of the hybrid hearing, with in-person attendance by the evaluator

Travel costs are included within this fee unless otherwise agreed.

 

Any additional costs will always be agreed in advance.

Extended or complex cases

 

From £3,500 + VAT

 

For cases requiring additional time, larger bundles, or extended written analysis.

 

Fees will be agreed in advance depending on the nature and requirements of the case.

What is not included

 

To maintain transparency, the following are not included within the above fees:

• Court fees payable to HM Courts and Tribunals Service

• Venue or meeting room hire (usually arranged by solicitors)

• Exceptional pre-reading (for very large or complex bundles, by agreement)

• Drafting of consent orders (prepared by legal representatives as usual)

• Any other costs incurred by the legal representatives

 

Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
