Core Package – Hybrid pFDR (Full Day)

£1,200 + VAT
 

What’s included:

• Full-day private FDR (evaluator available throughout the working day)

• Evaluator joins remotely via secure video

• Parties and legal representatives meet in person at a solicitor’s office or chambers of one of the parties' barristers

• Pre-reading of core documents 

• Secure handling of documents and communications

• Approval of any draft orders that might arise (which will be subject to further court approval)

Best for:

• Mid-value cases

• Parties seeking a proportionate, cost-effective alternative to a court FDR

• Matters needing timely evaluation without the delays of the court system

 

What’s not included

 

To keep pricing clear, the following are not included in the standard fee:

• Court fees that are payable to HM Courts and Tribunals Service

• Meeting room hire (usually provided by solicitors)

• Travel expenses for in-person hearings (if applicable)

• Exceptional pre-reading (very large bundles or specialist material—quoted individually)

• Drafting of consent order (completed by legal representatives as usual; any draft order may be reviewed by us).

 

Any additional costs will always be agreed in advance.
